 well.......=) hehe
it was quite a rush for shirley and i initially=X thanks to me.
that explains my hair and all.=)

benefits of curled hair: you dun have to comb ur hair at all!=) the messier the nicer it is=) hehe=)

the show was nicer than expected though.


anyway sports day is coming=) and i'm still wondering wad events should i take? =/
definately 100m and 200m!=)

so excited=) think i have more confidence in this year's team for relay=) haha!


sometimes i feel that the world is totally unfair. =(

anyway, i discovered that my horrible figure comes from sports.
  • fat thighs- track because- sprinter.(notice that most distant runners are slim) totally unfair.
  • fat arms especially my right arm- tennis  
and i think i've been doin my workouts wrongly=) ahah!
like , i do so many sit ups my tummy also not flat enough =(
i think i've been using my back muscles all the while.
and when i do push ups, i dun think i use my arm muscles as much as my tummy muscles. how ridiculous!

some trackmates and i are gonna literally train like hell from next training=) FINALS MAN! next year! gonna train my stamina like crazy for the 4x400m next year=) not sure whose gonna be in yet though.! but i'm kinda confident?
