well, had 200m today, hehe i QUALIFIED!=D

 the wait before the race was filled with anxiety, cant stand tt stuffy track pants. so i took it off to warm up=)

kept worrying when i was in the call room, i was afraid that i would not be able to run fast enough because i lacked moral support. sort of...

den i prayed to god. =)
well, results were better than expected=) i manage to break my pb. now running 28.54. overall position 12th.
