Its Mc's birthday!

 well, went tuition the other day and thought tt this was interesting=)

 my mother and brother , haha=)

well, anyway back to the point, yeah! meicheng's birthday,

i was inspired by a cheese wrapper holding a recipe of cheesecake heheh!

so i decided to do it for the very first time for my dear dear meicheng =)

anyway, i modified the recipe a little and made it into oreo cheesecake my fav!

my hand was rather dirty so i only took a couple of pictures

not really the process though.

 i crushed the digestive biscuits and add butter to it. and let it chill in the fridge.

 meanwhile,mix the cheese until soft than add the gelatine mixture (3 teaspoon with 1/4 of boiling water) and finally crushed oreos and stir well! =)

 spread the yummy mixture into the crust that was just made .

 garnish with a dash of crushed oreos =)

and leave it to chill for a few hours or overnight=)

OH YEA before u go, hear this, i simply fell in love with it after i heard it in church last week.
